Amberly Bell Steffensen began training in 1984 at North Coast Ballet. She studied with renowned teachers such as Anatoly Kirchov, Lilly Griffith, Gelsey Kirkland, David Howard, Sonya Arova and Stanley Holden. She has attended workshops at American Theatre Ballet, City Ballet and San Diego Ballet. In 1993 she moved to the North state and was coached privately by Nuria L. Lovett. In 1996 she began attending classes at Redding Ballet Academie. She has been a member of Redding City Ballet since 1998. In addition to her own performing career, Amberly teaches and choreographs for Redding School of the Arts in their K-8th grade dance program, Redding City Ballet, Redding Ballet Academie and California Dance Company.
