Daniel Arizmendi began dancing at age 17. He is trained in both classical and contemporary ballet. He has danced lead roles in classical ballets and has had contemporary choreography created for him. He attended Alonzo King’s summer intensive in 2006 and was invited to join the Lines Ballet Ensemble. He teaches and trains at Redding Ballet Academie and is the founder of Belariz Ballet at Redding’s Old City Hall. As a teacher and choreographer, he creates original works for ballet companies, dance schools, musicals, summer dance programs, local middle schools and benefit concerts.
