Dance Sketches

Under the direction of Christine Kingsbury and Cindy Michaels, the students of the Shasta College Dance classes will present an evening of dance that covers styles ranging from hip hop to ballet and musical theater to jazz. The concert will feature winning audition pieces of past and present students as well as featured guest artists from the Redding community.

A true community band representing our entire area, this 100+ member ensemble, directed by Dr. Larry Grandy, performs symphonic music including the classics, Broadway, television, movie soundtracks and music the entire family will enjoy!

61st Shasta College Annual Art Faculty Show

For six decades, members of the Shasta College Art Faculty have influenced the course of the visual arts in the north state by striving to maintain high standards as educators and active careers as professional artists.  This exhibit will feature two dimensional and three dimensional works by Colleen Barry, Michael Bliven, David Gentry, Christie Higgins, John Harper, Lorelle Lindquist, Janice Porter, Paul Rideout, Susan Schimke, Elizabeth Shipley, Stan Sours, Harvey Spector and Nancy Toolan. 

Reception: Dec. 1, 12:00 noon -2:00 pm.
