Nicolette Grenvik began her dance training in the Russian classical ballet technique at Nuria’s Dance Academy at the age of nine. As a child, she was chosen by Nuria Llovett to perform with the Oregon Ballet Theatre at a local performance of The Nutcracker. Ms. Grenvik has studied with Cindy Michaels at the Redding Ballet Academie and at Shasta College. In 2008, she began attending sessions at the Redding Ballet Academia, and attended the 2009 summer intensive. In June 2009, she became an apprentice with the Redding City Ballet.  Ms. Grenvik has also danced in The Nutcracker as part of the RCB holiday season.
